Application on hold - what to do?

A few of my applications to merchants have been put 'On hold' recently. I'd really like these merchants on my site and wondered what others do in this situation. My past experience has shown that most 'On hold' applications just site there forever and are never really accepted or rejected.

Should I email them to ask why, and if so where can I get their email address from?

Thanks!

bapages seems to know their stuff
I have had a few in the past, e-mail TD you will find them helpful. Also it may be worth identifying how and where you are to promote them as the most common cause of on Holds will be through the content being compatable with there products.
