Ive got my last sale as 3am so summats not right, I hate all this gap in reporting malarky.
Its the first time ive had to use it as before when selling tones etc I was able to login to the affiliate scheme direct nd get stats upto 15 minutes ago.
Just makes it a bit harder thats all when seeing if changes result in better sales.
I've switched most of my links to Zanox, but I had no sales there between 1:40 and 9:40 so it does seem possible the site was down.

I just bothered to check the few sales i am getting at TD still, there were actually ones at 2:30 and 9:00 so it is looking slightly more believable for me. Although I do usually get at least one or two at around 3 or 4am and they usually start trickling from about 8am.
We are looking into what the problem might be.
Not sure at this stage but test sales have been run today across the site and I am waiting to hear what the results are.
I will keep you up to date on developments.
I know that there have been issues with the Tradedoubler site being down for some part of the day. We need to look at whether this has had an affect.
If it becomes apparent that the Jamster site has experienced problems which has caused a loss of sales, you will be compensated fully for this.
re, yesteday. i've just had an email from TD saying that they can see nothing wrong and that maybe it was delayed stats. i've just checked and the gap is still there. anyone else's gap filled in or is there definitely a problem?
