Reapplying for each site

How do most of you go about adding an exisiting merchant to a new site? I'm currently creating at least 2 new sites a week and it seems a real pain in the butt to have to reapply to merchants for each site (especially when some of them take weeks to get back to you). Do any of you use your affiliate links on websites that you have not listed on Tradedoubler and if so do the sales go through ok?

You could add the new site to the existingly approved sites until you reach the limit of the number of sites that will fit in.
