Dell commission structure changes

Hi,

We are currently testing a new commission structure in the UK and we will implement it for a limited period of 4 weeks as an incentive.

New commission structure will be implemented with immediate effect until the 15th of March:
- 5% for a revenue of £500K generated per month
- 4.5% for a revenue between £150K and £500K
- 4% between £45K and £150K
- 3.5% between £20K and £45K
- 3% Less than 20K

Will this new structure also envelope the PDA and Dellware base commissions? Will the monthly bonus incentives be run in conjunction with this?

We wanted to harmonise the commission and thus decided to integrate systems and peripherals in the same structure.
This decision allowed us more flexibility and the opportunity to have more tiers. Again we are still in the test version and the trial will be conducted until March 15th.

Passed this period, we will decide on the right structure to adopt.
