TradeDoubler,

Please try to rectify the MASSIVE reporting delays we’ve been experiencing, these technical difficulties have been occurring for far too long! I don’t understand why TradeDoubler can’t provide real-time reporting if smaller networks are more than capable of doing this. If the money involved here was peanuts I wouldn’t be so concerned, however, we’re dealing with Brazil nuts and receiving reports 5 or10 hours later isn’t acceptable. You have the financial capacity to hire the best technical wizards in the industry so please give us REAL-time reporting/stats.

payment is due monday, 2 days to go, many outstanding invoices.

5 days 2 go till Monday 14th, many outstanding invoices here too but always get paid eventually.

Yes the reporting has been delayed more and more often with sudden spurts and then nothing for hours. TD obviously has a lot of traffic but they should also have the budget to take care of this.

Also as I noted in my other thread, the lack of daily event logs (regardless of transaction date) combined with vacillating account balance is a pain in the neck. Today I had a large amount of £££ disappear from my account and no easy way to discover where it went

I'm really starting to loose patience with Tradedoubler over these constant reporting delays. They are one of the biggest networks yet nothing seems to be nothing happening regarding this issue. It would be nice if someone from TD would at least have the decency to acknowledge the issue. It's only a matter of time until affiliates start moving towards other more reliable networks!

Payment is also looking pretty poor this month with most merchants showing up as overdue (red). When is the prepay system coming in to force?

Without your affiliates you are nothing TD. About time to sit up and take notice me thinks!

I hate it when the devil plays tricks with my mind, you know, start believing that figures are being massaged and fake figures entered 5 hours later. But I’m only human, and with all the white collar crime we hear about these days (Enron Corp etc etc) the devil is having a field day with my mind. I agree with steveallinson and komrade, TradeDoubler needs to address this situation urgently. If the small networks can do it you’re more than capable of doing it too!
