Tradedoubler Datafeeds access is lousey
Hi Guys I'm somewhat p***sd at the way Tradedoubler have there datafeeds setup for download. Why oh why every time I download a feed (thats when you can find one) do I get A ZIP file within a zip file.
I would also like to see Tradedoubler encourage more merchants to make the effort to make the product list available as a csv. For instance I publish two 10,000 page datafeeds each week on my US site. Both these feeds are emailed to me on A monday by the merchant nothing is to much trouble.There in it to make money and they bend over backwards to supprot me.
The three merchants I emailed through my Tradedoubler account in the UK and directly did not even reply, so I telephoned them, boy what a waste of time that was, I'm sure it was homer simpson, these guys have no idea of what they could do for there business by appointing an affiliate manager to take care of the ecommerce side of the business. They have A 5000 product catelouge which I want to host but I cant for the life of me get it
No wonder I head over the water, what's wrong with these people. Sorry just a little rant, bad day at the office lol..
