BTShop Commission Drop ?

It was a very healthy 8% in Dec but i can't believe it is now according to my TD panel

Commission structure: General
UV GBP 0.00
eShop Sale 2.75%
eShop Sale 4.00%

Why is it listed twice - there is no explaination given in the panel .
