TD have confirmed that Debenhams are having tracking problems at the moment.
Most of my Debenhams sales these days seem to be for wedding list items - which don't pay commission.
But my last two non wedding list sales have also been reported with a commission of zero (one sale on Monday, one on Tuesday).
Has his been happening to anyone else?
I reported this to TD on Monday night but haven't received a reply yet.

I have the same problem on a fair number of sales. I've been in touch with TD and apparently they're trying to figure it out with Debenhams. As far as I can tell it seems to be on all discounted/sale items.
Received this on the 16th...but since then have had no sales at all recordedso I'm not sure whether that would be *fixed* or not...could just be a coincidence though as I've never done much through them. Hopefully with the big sale coming up this week the tracking is fixed.

As you will be aware Debenhams has been experiencing a few
problems with commission not being registered to some of
your sales. We have been doing our utmost to sort this issue
and normal service will be resumed as of midnight tonight.
For all the transactions that are missing commission - at
this moment in time we are verifying the sales and shall
inform TradeDoubler as soon as we have completed this. All
missing commissions will then be manually added to your
digital wallets on TradeDoubler.

Yep I've had mine added in too. Quite a quick turnaround actually.
