I'm only a small fry with about a dozen sales a month, but I was very disappointed in the response when I used the contact details for the Direct Line account manager.
I sent them an e-mail on 9th September and they still have not responded.
So, on 15th September I used the support form on TD and got a response today (4 days later) which was of very little help and appeared to have cut and pasted most of their reply directly from their FAQ and managed to avoid all the questions that were asked.
Is this the norm with TD? If so I'll look elsewhere!

I am a tradedoubler affiliate. About half the search creatives for one of my merchants suddenly ceased to work about 72 hours ago. I have emailed and telephoned tradedoubler and not been able to get hold of anyone to alert them thus far. Please advise whom I can contact. This particular merchant does not appear to have a dedicated account manager.
