Jamster White Label not loading

Is anyone else having a problem with jamster white label

I havent made a single sale today on white label and have only just got round to checking why...

The page hangs for ages then displays the following error... bit fed up with this because ive wasted cash on google ads :-(

Crap. Same here, well spotted. Just blew about £1k on Adwords down the drain though.

I've emailed Matt to let him know.

Thats probably because its just come back on.. its working for me now and so ive made the 1 sale for today also!

Perhaps Jamster are having bandwidth problems, now everyones in bed it working :-)

It's down for me as well. Tried it ten minutes later and it just took a while to download, alright now.

Well it seems to be loading in ok today... but im not getting a single sale from it now!.. im starting to think its not counting sales... is anyone else finding this or am i just having a few bad days with it?

The worrying thing is ive redirected a lot of my links to the white label so its not that im just not getting extra sales... the problem seems to be im losing sales.

Has anyone heard from Jamster about this?.. or do we have to wait until Monday now.

Do you think Jamster have records of our sales (if any), if so they may still credit us with them.... surely there logs will show affiliate ID's attached to each sale.

Ive removed some of my links away from white label now... still more to do but i think ill wait and see.

The white label site is onverting at 6.36% for me today (Friday) versus normal Jamster links converting at 4.6% today.

It maybe that i just had a bad day on white label then.. but this is why i believe it was faulty.

I diverted my 'Free ringtone offer link' to the white label free ringtone page. .. and never got a single sale, even though i had 190 clicks just on the Free ringtone link.

At 11pm i then diverted the *same* link to the normal Jamster site and made 8 sales overnight with only 53 clciks on the very same 'Free ringtone' link.

White label converting at 0% (through the day)

Jamster normal site converting at 23.52% (through the night)

Hi,

I would be very interested in receiving your full feedback to date on the Jamster White Label.

It seems that there is quite a lot of scepticism, but at least 50% of partners are converting higher through the White Label.

Yes, I have had some downtime and I have contacted most of you regarding the problems. (if I have not, email me now).

I want this to be an effective tool for you. This is the whole purpose of it.

If it is not working, and we know why it is not working, we can potentially pull it and try to get rid of any problems before sending it live again in a month or so.

I am very thankful for the traffic so far, we have used the results as much as possible and I am sure that things are now a lot better. I really want to keep pushing this as I feel the hard work is out of the way.

This should be a group decision. There are currently only 30 of you involved, so we should be able to come to a quick conclusion.
