Dear Debenhams affiliate,
In early March Debenhams upgraded to a more advanced tracking system with TradeDoubler. Unfortunately during the upgrade process, an error was made with the tracking and Debenhams started to report back wedding gift list sales along with the normal products. These products will show in your TradeDoubler reports as 'W1 Dummy product for wedding list'.
As you will already be aware, Debenhams do not pay for sales generated through wedding gift lists and never have done. As a result, any commission that has accrued in your TradeDoubler account for wedding gift list sales will be deleted and your account balance may reduce as a result.
The error has been partially fixed and these sales are no longer accuring commission, although you may still see some wedding gift list sales appearing in your account with a sales value of zero. Debenhams are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that wedding gift list sales will not be reported altogether.
