newbie: how to use

Hi,
I'm building my first site using the tradedoubler system and am currently at a blank on how to include the feeds into my own pages

To get custom XML feed of 100 porducts you get

http://pf.tradedoubler.com/pf/pf?a=1077321&categoryId=74&programs=170&description=(full cup)&maxResults=100000&firstResult=0&oe=UTF-8

how do include this in my ASP page?

if i save the XML locally then i am restricted to that results set?

Can i get a full XML feed from the supplier (figleaves in this case) for all their products and then convert this into a local database and search this?

Am i technical ...honest

TradeDoubler do provide full XML/CSV/Excel product feeds for over 100 UK advertisers.
