Stats Delay?

We had a really poor Friday and today isn't much better so far, traffic is steady and click throughs look OK, just not many sales.

I'm definitely seeing really slow to non-existent display of TD graphics right now which means any page with TD images on are not loading completely - 13.55 Sunday

Friday is was a very good day for me but sat and today so far have been my worst days for a long time very few sales, there must be some delay somewhere, I hope.

The stats update clock on TD isn't working, are we behind?

definately behind at the moment. last sale 12:30 for me

The stats havent updated for 6 hours.

it's quite unbeliable that a company the size of TD can't improve this known situation. it happens every month. just spend a bit of the money we help you make and get some more servers.

TDS "You know, the stats update clock you added in the recent upgrade which nobody seems to be able to get to grips with."

TDE "Oh the stats update clock, I should've thought of that as an upgrade, they'd have probably liked that!"

TDS "So we haven't got a stats update clock?"

TDE "No."

TDS "oh, well here's a list of things we have got that need fixing."

TDE "erm, but I just put them on in the latest upgrade."

TDS "I know."

TDE "I should hve just given them a stats update clock grumble grumble."

TDS "But I thought you did put on a stats update clock, that's what they're talking about"

How are we supposed to detect any problem if the sales are 6 hours behind??, its like working blind?

The stats delay doesnt matter much if you only sell a couple a day, but if your selling in the hundreds then you could have problems.

I always check the stats to see if my sites are performing as they should, if there have been no sales in a particular hour then i check the site out.for any problems

To tell the truth i would much prefer it the other way round
