  Help on stats required

Morning all,

I'm liking the new A4U look and features

Can anyone help with this.

Yesterday my TD balance dropped by £150. I need to know why.

I've gone through all the reports to find one that will list events in the order they occured but cannot find one for removals. Basically I need to be able to get a report to show me all transactions removed on 9th May including EPI information.

I seem to be able to do this on all the other major networks. And it's essential as far as I'm concerned. hopefully I'm missing something.

Also, why can't Tradedoubler offer a removal reason similar to Affiliate Future's?

Thanks for any help.

Fraser seems to know their stuff
I think this info is available from TD

Reports > Event Breakdown

There is an option labelled View, choose "Removed" and you should get the details you need.

Thank for that but this is where I'd have expected to find it too.

Any other network would show the removals made yesterday but not Tradedoubler.

I find I have to cross check ever previous transaction to see which have sinced been removed. It's a bit of a mare really.

I may be wrong but I always find it's two steps forward and one step back with my Tradedoubler balance and always difficult to find out why.

Any other suggestions?

Cheers

Choose year to date as the timeframe on the report as well as 'removed' - i think the date means the time the sale was logged not the time it was removed. This should give you a report of everything thats been removed since january.

HTH
