Crazy Frog Axel F
------------------------------------------------------

He is here! Stunning new animations, great new ringtones and wallpapers.
The Crazy Frog Axel F is the hottest new ringtone craze, and you can have him on your site.

We have new Flash banners with great click thru rates and conversions. See them in the Jamster UK program under "ringtones > Flash".

A fantastic Axel F landing page will also be launched in the next couple of days to help maximise conversion rates.

The music single will soon be launched in the UK charts and demand for the Axel F ringtone will skyrocket. Get him on your site now.

Jamster White Label Update

We have continued testing our White Label Shop with a select number of partners and the results are looking good.

Jamster White Label v2.1 has now been released with some new features and improved reliability.

Soon the White Label will go on general release to all partners. I will make a short announcement when this happens. Full instructions on how to apply for the White Label Program will be included. Please email me directly about the White Label Shop if you want to be considered.

Jamster New Site

The unveiling of a new jamster.co.uk site is upon us. Code named "The Ding Ding Release". See improved flow and navigation based on some great feedback. Also, a fantastic face-lift and a little bit of lipo-suction to rejuvenate, and a bit of botox to help the best features stand out.

Single Purchases
------------------------------------------------------

We recently introduced a new link onto our sales page, offering customers a "Single Purchase". This let's customers make a single download outside of the normal "Jamster Club". Some of our customers want to take this option. Single Purchases are not tracked through normal affiliate links, but at the moment they make up around 7% of total online sales. We will be able to fully track these as normal in around 2 months time.

In order to remain completely fair, I want to pay out for single downloads. Because it is a much smaller purchase price, out payout will be £0.40p per Single Download. Your additional payout will be based on 7% of your total number of monthly sales. For example, if you have made 10,000 sales, we will pay you for an additional 700 Single Downloads. I am sure you can see that this is going to increase your overall earnings per click once again.

I am really pleased to be offering you this. I am also pleased that our customers now have a greater freedom of choice when downloading from our site. I hope this increase in payout will help you to drive even more sales.

This new payout will be effective from the beginning of May 2005.

Competition Update

We have some winners for last months optimisation challenge. The winners were congratulated and offered an MP3 player for their achievements. They rejected my offer of an MP3 player and instead negotiated a digital camera. I have now gladly offered them a digital camera, I hope they are happy.

Web Site Challenge

This month, I have a new challenge for you.

I will be offering an MP3 player to the person who can come up with the most original Crazy Frog Axel F web site!

Feel free to go to town and make your site something special.

Towards the end of the month, send me an email with a link to your site. Our panel of Crazy Frog experts will make a final decision based on a complex set of equations and multi-faceted criteria. Our unanimous decision will be announced in the next update.

We now have a fantastic set of tools to build a wide variety of solutions designed to fit any site or purpose.

Performing well right now are the Flash dynamic creatives ( ringtones > Flash ). These show ringtones, wallpapers and games, with built-in preview sound.

The new "Crazy Frog Axel F" Flash banners will also be hot property ( ringtones > Flash ). Simply integrating these onto your site should be enough to bring in sales.

We have Custom Content Plug-in units if you want to build a site just the way you want it. Including Fun Sounds, Real Music (very effective!), Polyphonic, Wallpapers, Games, Sexy downloads etc.

Of course, we have a full range of static .gifs, animated .gifs, html banners and Flash etc for all purposes.

The White Label Shop will be a key new tool for the discerning Jamster partner. I look forward to the general release in the very near future.

Had 139 UV's on the 050 RINGTONE FLASH (axel f) and made ZERO sales??

Had 36 UV's on the 008 TOP 6 RINGTONES and made 33 sales.


One of my sites feature this 050 ringtone flash banner on every page, this site has had more visitors than ever but the sales have droppped by 75%... ..... the odd thing is that 75% of the clicks from this site have been through the new flash banner... seems odd to say the least.

Im just going through my sites now and removing them all.

Judging by the amount of visitors, google costs and axel f TV ads it should have been a record day today, but profit wise (minus google ads) its been a poor day :-(

yeah, exactly the same for me yesterday. more clicks than ever but 0.96% conversions!

day before was great, and today isn't looking too bad either, but what the hell happened yesterday?

If you feel there is a problem, please do come to me directly.
I check here as often as I can, but a direct email to me will be much more effective.

As far as I can see (and Tradedoubler have confirmed) the creatives are correctly set up and are clicking and tracking well. Sales are indeed coming through but the CR is much lower than I would have hoped (CTR is high).
I have updated the landing pages, and hope this will make a big difference. Also, the new dedicated landing page should soon be live. I am certain this will have a huge positive impact on CR.

Please keep an eye on your CR through the new Axel F banners today and see if things pick up. I am confident that this will be the case.

Any comments on how to maximise the Axel F phenomenon, please make them known. Let's work together to make it as effective as possible.

Going back to the above, it might not be that strange, the two are completely different medias, plus sound may attract more clicks and as you say it's on every page.

Yeah i agree, i think now that the new flash banners goto the axel f page instead of Jamsters home page should cure the problem.

I trust jamster 100% and if anything is wrong they will sort it out, perhaps i was wrong to jump to conclusions and should have contacted Matt first before posting in the forum :-(

With Jamster being such a fantastic affiliate program you tend to get a bit worried when sales drop... even on bad days they are much better than every other affiliate ive tried (by a long way) :-)

Anyway, enough praise for one day!

I moved two of my UK links from TD to UK Jamster Zanox and got a sale straight away, nothing today so far until then anywhere, I'll compare it over seven days and will see if there's a difference. There might not be.

Yeah, ive tried swapping links from TD to Zanox, and vice versa. but each site has its good and bad days even though they recon they dont loose any tracking.

Today TD Jamster sales are fantastic, ive made as much profit today (at 2pm) than i did yesterday (up until 11pm)

Conversion rates today for my 3 sites

Site 1 - 35.56%
Site 2 - 20.99%
Site 3 - 3.28% <--- this one needs a good kicking :-)

None of the sites have the new flash banners... ill wait for someone to point out they are doing well before i replace them again.
