32Red Reversed Valid Sale + No response

I was just wondering how many people have had reversed sales with 32red?

I had a sale reversed a month or so back because it had supposedly not had enough cash deposited. I know this was not the case as I had created the account myself and deposited well over the required amount. The money had been played and mostly lost :-( , but 32red had the sale reversed.

To date nothing has been given back and tradedoubler after countless emails appear to have no interest in looking into the matter.

Just wondering how many other people have had sales reversed and what kind of percentage we are looking at?

sorry to hear you have not been kept up to date on the 32 Red sale you had reversed. Please can you forward Andy (andreas.andreou@tradedoubler.com) your last correspondence to TradeDoubler on this issue and he will look in to this for you.

Just to let you know, if you visit 32 Red directly a first party cookie is issued and will tag you as belonging to 32 Red.

If you subsequently go through a TradeDoubler tracking link (or any other campaign tracking they are running through a 3rd party) the 32 Red first party cookie will take precendence over the 3rd party tracking on any sale/deposit made.

It's not ideal, I admit, and we have recommended they change this, but depsite this minor technicality the program still performs exceptionally well.

Thanks for your response.

I have emailed Andreas regarding this sale on several occasions. My last email to him on 6th requesting an update on the issue and stating that 32red have had ample time to look into the problem has had no response from either himself or 32red - something I am not happy about.

That's why I've had the raise the problem here on a4uforum in order to get it looked at. Not the ideal way to resolve the issue but looks like its the only way to get this sale paid and also find out why the sale was tracked incorrectly.

Well, looks like TD and 32red are not going to look into this.
