Agree with Angela, would have been nice to be notified by email.
I've only just noticed this thread and checking back to see sales of £3 to £6 !!
I've had bad experience with Expedia in the past when they have failed to pay there debts on time with CJ - then we got an email saying sorry we will add it on to next months payment !
I swopped to TD because of that.
I can also deep link to individual pages easier with TD which is much better than using the CJ links some of which are almost one year old and don't work!
As you may know the Expedia program has been experiencing tracking problems over the last couple of weeks. The initial problem seemed to be linked with an incorrect sales value being reported back to TradeDoubler servers. This problem caused the sales value to be reported back at a much lower value and the subsequent commission awarded to your account for these sales was also much lower. Expedia attempted to fix the problem on the 19th of May but unfortunately during the update the tracking from expedia went down altogether.
We are now pleased to announce the tracking has now been fixed and sales and commission are being awarded correctly.
As for compensation, TradeDoubler and Expedia have calculated the actual sales value which will be awarded to your account within the next week and we have also calculated commission you would have generated during the short period when the tracking was down altogether. Compensation for this also will be awarded to your account by the 31st of May.
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter and If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
