I cant say for sure yet as it maybe my computer playing up.. but try choose a phone on the white label..

Sometimes its ok, but have a play about choosing different phones.. especially on the OTHERS section and see if you can find anything odd.. remember what phone you have chosen and see if the white label matches it exact every time.

Not only does it mess up the phone selection it also messes up the menu on the left.. ie it only displays SPECIALS.

If your getting a low CR then this maybe the cause.

oh well spotted. yes.

i've just changed from one phone to another, and each time it shows the last phone i selected.

ie, select a, it shows your last phone
select b, it shows a
select c, it shows b

etc

maybe explains why we are <3% rather than the expected 6 to 10% or more.

we should be doing a lot more sales tonight , the volume is incredible but sales are poor.

Try choosing the NEC e606

and you will get this error???

leeky, tried it on your site, and you are right, it didnt work correctly, but it seems to be working fine on my site.

i get that error on all of the nec phones leeky. yes this does appear to be a problem!

i emailed matt today about the performance over the weekend but he hasnt replied yet.

When i clicked the link matty i got an error straight away.. but after choosing different phones it appeared to work ok... it maybe that yours is the TOP MENU site and mine is the SIDE MENU site.

Very odd, the first couple of times i clicked your link i got the German error, but now it appears ok??

All your phones i tested seem ok, apart from the NEC


// EDIT... just realised the initial error only came up because the last phone i chose on my own site was the NEC and it must have cookied it on my computer so when i clicked your site my default phone was still the NEC :-)

Basicly it looks like the TOP MENU sites are 99% fine, while the SIDE MENU sites are 99% useless :-(

Well, to confuse things even more... both the TOP and SIDE menu sites are working fine now??.. apart from the NEC phones that is.
