Sales tracking

Is it just me or has the tracking stopped at approx 8am this morning.. not had a single sale showing on the stats since that time.

Same here. That's not unexpected though - payment runs yesterday and new interface today.

I wouldn't worry about it.

oh yeah, the payment runs.. the payments didnt run in my direction :-(, looks like ill have to wait for the 3rd month.

Ive never had to work 3 months in advance before.. its a real struggle to say the least.

Ive checked my payment details and i havent put an IBAN number in.. is this needed?, i mean, if its not there could this have stopped me from getting my grubby mits on the few pennies owed to me

If you go Reports->Payment that should show an invoice if a payment is being made to you.

I havent got an IBAN number in either but I have got an invoice showing a payment to me.

Bear in mind that payment is by BACS so wont be in the bank till prob Thurs/Friday

No invoice for payment is showing, looks like ill have to get a paper round till TD decide to pay me.

I didnt start until 20th March, so could this be something to do with it?

I wish I had read this thread earlier,
Had to go out all morning, but got back about 1:00pm and saw no sales in
my stats, thinking it was something wrong at my end I changed a few banners
and signed up at Zanox.

Well the sales have started to show now.. it was upto 12noon when i last looked, the worrying thing is that at 12noon ive usually sold at least twice as many as its showing today.

Ill give it until the end of the day to see the final outcome.. but i still cant stop myself from thinking sales are not tracked properly when they are behind with displaying the tracking.

Is anyone else finding this?.. if not then im just having a bad day..

How are you seeing times of sales? I had links on zanox today but although balance is going up on breakdown page, nothing is showing on overview or event breakdown.

I just went to event breakdown and selected 'All'
