  Question Acceptance emails

Seems of late that TD are not sending out acceptance emails from retailers. I get the usual email saying I'm under consideration when I first apply, but never recieve the acceptance one. I'm having to manualy check on the TD site. Is this happening to anyone else? I haven't changed any email settings on the TD interface.

Hi steve,

Kbudden brought this to my attention yesterday, not so long ago TradeDoubler updated the acceptance email to include a lot more useful information, and, it would seem we have included certain keywords which trip email filters!

Please can you check your junk mail folder, and if possible drop a line to support with the words/phrases which tripped the filter so we can modify the acceptance email.

Kind regards,

Nick

Thanks for alerting me to this problem. Been waiting for Dadamobile
to accept me, and I log in and find they have already accepted me.

Hi Nick,

I currently have the junk email filter switched off on my main account so unless they are being blocked at ISP level (which I doubt considering the amount of spam I get!) it would seem that they are not being sent out in the first place.

This happened to me too, I had a lot of accepts that were not notified by email.

It would be very useful if the merchant's name was included at the beginning of the subject line too for acceptance emails. Apologies if this has been implimented yet as I've not applied to any merchants since May.

I have been waiting for Yahoo Messenger. However, after reading your message I have just checked and it seems that I am on hold..... Which is a shame.

On a side note, this is the first time I have got an "on hold" as far as I can remember. Guess theres nothing much I can do about it, which is a shame because all the other Yahoo services have accepted me.

Cheers

Craig

Having seen this thread I've just checked to see if I've been approved by any I didn't know about, and Ladbrokes, Yahoo and Dadamobile have approved me and I haven't received emails for any of them.

No emails here either, this is not just an isolated case.

I run mailwasher but TD is set as friend and I double check anything listed for deletion.

I don't have any spam filters at all (though of course my ISP might).
