TD Stats Delay ?

My stats have not updated since about 10am . no clicks no impressions no sales - wondering whether to call TD now that is 3pm on a Friday - if anyone from TD reads - it would be helpful to have an up date

We are experiencing a delay in our stats. We are working on this issue and we hope to update the stats by this evening.

Please remember that we are still tracking all sales, leads and clicks so commission is never lost as a result, its will just take a while to update in your accounts.

Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Last update time on your website would be handy... i nearly stopped my PPC thinking i wasnt getting any sales and wasting money.

Also i wont be too pleased if i havent got any sales as i could have stopped my ads ages ago if i knew i wasnt getting any sales... or at least altered them.

Thanks for the info though... its put my mind at rest (a bit) :-)

Yes, Nick/Andy, that really would be a useful feature!

It would save us a bunch of time and grief, and it would save you another bunch of time and grief.

Thanks Andy for clarifyng , was slightly worried earlier because no other affiliates had mentioned the delays - I agree with others above - a 'status update section' also including when the likely time is for stats catchup - on the tradedoubler affiliate log in screen would be very useful in these situations.

Great idea to have the last updated date/time showing for affiliate stats. Would reduce blood pressure a bit!

When ever there is a big delay i always seem to have a poor day, i cant see why it should make a difference to the days sales but it does for me???

Same here, spent a fortune on PPC and only got 2 sales!, my last recorded sale was 13:45 (TD time)

Brad... The isnt a last updated time available. TD wont add this information to there website.
