Special deeplinks and not working webservices ?!

Hello,
a lot of problem from my site, hope you can help.

How can I set individual deeplinks, by exacmple a deeplink to a known ISBN to bol ?

And how can I search such data in the webservices ?
I tried the additional fields (name: ISBN, value: the number) but I can't get any data - if you ask me at the moment I can't get any xml, but last week also detail search wasn't possible.

I spoke also with Mr. Zierer from German support, but for me it seems they are not able to solve such problems, may be because I search for UK merchants.
