My conversion lowered loads since change of personel at figleaves, my google listing also dropped and my work on SEO my pages.

Be interested to know if common trend lower CTR

I posted about this last month but I think things have recovered and my conversion rate seems pretty consistent around 4-5%

My sales are good but the ads seem to have been changed around for some reason.

If you use the 200 x 200 bra finder its now been replaced by a 120 x 120 bridal finder which has screwed up a lot of my pages.

Also a 468 x 60 offer banner has been changed for a 120 x 60 ad!!!!

And if you run the ads in a pool there seems to be 3 lots of the pool party ad going round!!!

If any merchants read this.....when you change ads make sure they stay the same size!!!

Hi all,
Just to clear some things up with our ads:
We had 2 sets of banners with campaigns/promotions that ended on Thursday. Since we don't have any new ones, we changed them with other existing promotions, so as not to redirect your customers to outdated links.

For the changed banner size, I can't see any wrong banners, any discrepancies in the banner size and the dimensions mentioned to any of them. Please let me know the link ID, maybe I'm missing something out.

For the finders, as I said to Jon, Carol, we're looking into it, as the only finders changed were the bridal, not the bras.

Opportunity given, I would like to ask all the affiliates to notify me as well when they spot any problems, so as to action them immediately.
