American express international healthcare

This healthcare plan for expats seems a very good idea but did anyone see a contradiction on the info page ?

- Join the program to promote their International Healthcare Plan aimed at people who live and work abroad and you could earn £45 on a sale.

- Because American Express products are country-specific, international visitors cannot apply for this product and therefore will not generate any revenue for you.

Also when i visit the site it says it is says "We have linked with American Express to design a first class International Healthcare Plan exclusively for Cardmembers living overseas." So the target groups would be people with an Amex card that live outside the UK and have an address in the UK. This does seem to limit the prospects a bit.

Or am I misunderstanding this ?

Dear Publishers,

American Express International Healthcare Plan have recently undergone some changes with regard to their Healthcare offer. The program page is out of date and is in the process of being updated. In the mean time the following points apply to the program.

a) As long as the prospect resides outside their country of nationality, they can apply.

b) This can be non UK citizens who reside in the UK, or any citizen who reside in a country abroad different from nationality.

c) NOT exclusive to Amex cardmembers.

d) Mastercard and Visa is now accepted on the site.
