* Tracking issue resolved *
I would like to explain some recent changes at Virgin Games that have caused a few technical issues. We have been modifying the website to improve the reporting and tracking issues. We have also been updating all the editorial content and graphics at our site to increase the amount and variety of games available to players.
Unfortunately, it appears that some code was corrupted and resulted in tracking errors for a short period. We have been working to resolve this issue with our technicians and have now completed all necessary updates.
We understand the frustrations this must have caused but we have certainly improved all aspects of the site for promotion as a result of these changes. From now on, to qualify for commission the end users must make a deposit and play one of the games at least ones.
We will be awarding compensation for the tracking issues which you will be emailed directly from TradeDoubler along with more programme details.
We do hope this is acceptable to all of you, our partners, as this has been as frustrating a time for us too. We look forward to our continuing relationship prospering with these latest amendments.
