'Can not find site id or program id. Please inform the webmaster.' Message...

I'm testing out somw scripts on my local machine relating to the Viking Direct product feed, I've picked a few products at random and when I click their link I get a message saying "Can not find site id or program id. Please inform the webmaster." Am I getting this becuase the link is not coming from my registered domain name, or are there problems with the product feed?

EDIT: Never mind, silly mistake on my behalf, ampersands were staying encoded as '& amp;' in my URLs.
