As anyone received their extra commission from the comp that Boots ran over May and June?

I've looked around my account at TD and there's no sign of it.

Here's the original email :-

Dear affiliates,

To celebrate the launch of the summer season online at
boots.com we're running a competition for 6 weeks from
18th May to 28th June inclusive. All you have to do is
generate over £250 sales value over this 6 week period and
we'll increase your commission from 4.5% to 7%!!! (for 6
week period only). There's additional tiers to aim for
even higher commission levels as follows:

Sales Value Commission
Over £250 7.0%
Over £500 7.5%
Over £1000 8.0%
Over £3000 8.5%
Over £5000 9.0%
