TalkTalk has teamed up with Nectar, the UK’s largest reward scheme. On 1st September (Today!) when you pay for your TalkTalk bill using your Nectar card you can earn:

We are delighted to announce that TalkTalk has been voted top for customer satisfaction by USWITCH who conducted a Leading UK Home Phone Customer Satisfaction report.

USWITCH is an impartial price comparison website and is accredited by Ofcom.

Previous research by USWITCH has found that customers consider more than just cost when choosing or switching provider.

Key Findings:

*92% of TalkTalk customers are satisfied with our service compared to 27% on NTL customers and 21% of BT customers.

*90% of TalkTalk customers believe they are getting good value for money compared to only 56% of BT customers.

TalkTalk - December Newsletter - SITE IMPROVEMENTS

Hi,

We have made a lot of changes to the site, which I'm sure you'll agree is a vast improvement and should lead to increased sales!

TalkTalk was voted number 1 by an independent survey by USwitch for Customer Satisfaction! Another great reason for customers to sign up to TalkTalk.

All offers running during November will remian the same for December!


SITE IMPROVEMENTS

There have been a number of improvements ans changes that have been made to the TalkTalk website which should all help to increase sales. Below is a list of the changes that have been made:

* The telephone number is no longer appearing on the site.

* The navigation bar has been moved so that it runs horizontally across the top of the site, making it more user friendly.

* The look of the site has also been changed to update and modernise it.


NEW CREATIVE


We have changed a couple of 468x60 banners which provide information about our current offers. We have now included a new frame stating that TalkTalk was Voted Number 1 for Customer Satisfaction. This should be a great persuader for customers to sign up to TalkTalk, which can only lead to increased sales!
