Cottages4u poor coversion

Hi,

Has anybody else noticed poor conversion of leads from cottages4u over the last few months or more?
They first started to slow down and now are not converting even though leads have increased by many times over the summer months!

Yes, I've noticed the same.

Sent far more leads over the last few months and getting close to 0% conversion

Cottage selection or something equally memorable.

Just wanted to confirm it was not just my leads that are not converting.

I have also noticed that the affiliate link redirect now goes to chooseacottage.co.uk instead of cottages4you.co.uk!

I have contacted the affiliate company over this issue and they have confirmed that there is a problem with Cottages4u and is not converting as well as it should be.

Hmm. This doesn't sound good. Is it related to the issue being resolved on buy at with this program?

Yes, I've just read that - sounds very familiar! Although the affiliate company is not mentioning any resolution other than "you are better off sending this traffic to other related programs"

What is probably worse is that networks very rarely volunteer this information and its only when someone asks "does this convert for anyone else" that we get told.

agree with you Mogga -

Gizz - at least TD came up with a solution ie move links than go "oh its still working ok our end, conversions have just dropped a bit across the board" which is what we've had the last couple of weeks from another network about a program that ain't tracking!

SO what is the problem? We tried it for a while but converted nothing into sales so dropped it. Have TD explained what the issue is?
