Just done the whois and its registered too.... well im not saying but surely thats not on.
I am sure he will say something as to why... But it makes you think one law for one, one for the other.... unless france has different rules over there.
Hi,
I understand these rules for PPC for Dell
1. advertiser cannot bid over a certain amount on Dell terms
2 advertiser must have a landing page and Not link DIRECT to DELL
3. Domain MUST NOT HAVE DELL within the domain
who can explain this?
http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&q=...chercher&meta=
then go to whois to find out who owns a certain Dell domain name.

As the url goes straight to the dell domain, I guess there is a slight chance that the person who wrote this advert is not the owner of the incorrectly displayed url ?
Networks shouldn't even try to compete with affiliates. Don't like this especially the way they are doing it. We'll hear Chinese wall excuses next.
Hi spatny,
I can fully appreciate your concern and why you felt it was necessary to post. While I am not exactly sure how our other markets operate or manage the search engine space with their clients and affiliates, I can assure you our UK office does not directly spend any of our clients budget in Search Engine advertising and we have many affiliates who post and read this forum who are invited on to these straightforward PPC opportunities.
Kind regards,
Nick
either way, google should stop them pretty soon, as they are displaying one domain, and sending it to another ........
If you look carefully at UK searches you will find this rife here too.Originally Posted by marky
Hi,
The organisation who owns the Dell domain is breaking nearly every rule set for DELL France PPC campaigns. They should know better.
I don't mind Networks becoming affiliates, but they really must play by the same rule book.
