Can we add our own &url= if no deeplink option is provided?

Added a &url= to the link provided by a merchant and seems to work fine. If we did this, even if no deeplink option is provided in the Link Matrix, would it still track?

I really dont recommend you deep link if the merchant info says 'no'. However, email me your code and i can check it for you.
