Dear American Express Publisher,
I'm writing to inform you that the American Express Nectar Card online application page is currently experiencing some technical faults and as such, any attempts to fill out an application on the Consumer Amex Nectar Card cannot be completed. No other promoted Amex cards are affected.
We kindly ask you to not take down the Nectar card creative, customised graphics or text links because we do hope to have this resolved this by end of play tomorrow Wednesday 12th October. We will contact you to let you know.
In the meantime, we are aware that this is impacting your business and we will be in touch very soon regarding compensation.
