UVs but no clicks ?

Apologies if this has been answered before - I did look but didn't see an answer.
I've been on tradedoubler for about a month now. I know that people are clicking through on some links, but they are being recorded as UVs, not as clicks.
Lovefilm is one of the programs this happens with - and I am aware of the issues with this particular program.
But it also happens with Screenselect and Tesco DVD rental.
Sainsburys DVD rental program has clicks but no UVs - and this is the only one that I've made any money from so far!

Any idea if I'm doing things right / wrong ??
Should I be seeing UVs or clicks?

Hi Hugh,

I had the same concern with Lovefilm and Screenselect. I asked tradedoubler about it and they said not all programs count clicks. I have had a couple of sales so something is kinda working. Though some people on here are saying tracking is messed up again for lovefilm.

Hi Hugh,

cellardoor is correct, not all of our advertiser programs have been setup to track the "click" event.

All sales, leads and commission track on programs where the "click" event has not been added.

Due to the way our system has been designed we can't simply add the "click" event to all programs but we are working on manual roll out.
