  Broken Feeds: Currys, Dixons, Tesco, Jessops, Toshiba

As of this morning, the following product feeds are completely empty:

Currys, Dixons, Jessops, Tesco, Toshiba

What's unusual is for so many TD product feeds to break all at once. One a week is about the average.

PS: For the avoidance of doubt, "empty" means:

Hi Clint45,

apologies for the inconvenience, here is an update from our Technical Services team:


Dixons
The file was corrupt on last import, however this is now fine and should re-import this afternoon.


Currys
Updated the cache and should be ok to d/l later on today. Technical are keeping an eye on it.


Tesco Electrical
Updated the cache and should be ok to d/l later on today. Technical are keeping an eye on it.


Jessops
The URL to their product feed file has been moved, Technical has already emailed client for the new URL.


Toshiba
The XML file is corrupt and we have found an error, Technical has already contacted the client for the fix.

Many thanks for looking into this.

I'm afraid they are all broken again, though. Currys was fixed yesterday afternoon but is now empty again this morning. All of the others were empty all of yesterday and are still empty this morning.

This is strange...

I'd have thought the fact that the Currys, Dixons, and Tesco's Product Feeds were all broken, this close to Christmas, would have been considered quite important.

Yet almost 48 hours later they're all still broken. Is anyone looking in to this anymore?

The Jessops and the Toshiba feeds are still broken (empty). That's 11 days so far.

Any update on when these might be fixed?

The Toshiba and Jessops feeds are both still broken.

That's two weeks and counting. No rush...it's not like it's Christmas or anything.

Hi Nick,

I've tried calling a few times today, and left you a message.

I'd be very grateful if we could sort this out. When you say it's working for you, do you mean you get fully populated files? As I mention above, I get files, it's just that they are empty:
