currently the visbility on this metric is not immediately transparent, but the way I calculate reversal percentage is:
>> Run your Program Overview report for the advertiser, in say October or November - make a note of the number of sales/leads.
>> Then, run your Event Breakdown report for "Removed" and "All" transactions for the same advertiser. Export the report in to Excel and then you can count the number of unique transactions which have been reversed.
>> Divide number of "Removed" transactions by "Approved" transactions to calculate the reversal percentage.
I say currently as we will be inlcuding a "Removed Commission" field in the Program Overview report early next year to provide increased visibility of this metric.
