  Question TD Support

Has anyone ever had a response from TD support? All the other networks tend to reply the same day, I am beginning to think that TD support does not exist.

They are normally ok, though my last email wasn't replied to.

They have quite a few ways of contacting them (contact forms, generic addresses and addresses of individual merchant account managers) so it might be worth giving details of what method you used so as they can work out why it was missed.

The networks that use ticket systems definately seem more reliable and it gives an easy way to chase things up if they are missed.

I have tried using the contact form.

It would be nice if they could at least send a "We have received your email and will get back to you..."

Is there a support email address I can use?

You can get email addesses for each program here or the general address was support.uk@tradedoubler.com (though that doesn't seem to be mentioned on the site any more, it is still on newsletters)
