Same here, lots of January reversals plus nothing has happened about the December ones. I get a weekly email from Nick asking if I've heard anything, then he goes away to investigate and I hear nothing....nada....zilch.

Around 30% of my PC World Sales were removed, all but one were collect in store.

I also purchased a new hard drive from the Dixons site and I only receieved commission when I queried it.

It makes me think how many other sales have gone missing, especially as DSG are my most successful company.

Did affiliates ever get remunerated on this for the last lot!!

I think network & merchant have had long enough to resolve this. If previous sales were re-reversed where would we actually see this in the report.

There maybe more to come, but its that time of the month again and and first glance & still waiting with baited breath for more about 33% of commissions have been reversed, barring a small % they are all click & collect.

At first glance it seems a bit beyond a joke now and think maybe I shall be forced to consider to ask the merchant for a complete audit of each & individual one of of the reversals with definitive proof on each & every single cancelled order.

£167,972.92 in sales : £8,940.64 in commission approx

If James from DSG reads this, please call me mate.

It's just not on. Such reversal rates are beyond belief.

    Dear Affiliates,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for all your feedback regarding this issue. Your feedback has helped us reach a decision which we believe to be fair for everyone involved.

The new commission structure for all Collect @ Stores sales is as follow:

    General 1.25%
    Silver 1.5%
    Gold 1.75%
    Super 2.5%
    Platinum 3%

The commissions have been reduced but there will be NO DELETIONS moving forward. All Collect @ Stores sales on the PC World program will be paid out. We do reserve the right to remove any transactions deemed as fraudulent.

Another option we considered was to pay out on a Cost per Lead basis. We decided against this based on your feedback and we believe that the current commission on sales value will only benefit you due to the nature of high ticket items normally reserved through Collect@Stores.

Please note that the commission structure above is only relevant for Collect @ Stores sales. There are no changes to the commission structure or deletion process for normal sales.

The wrongly removed Collect @ Stores orders in December have been reinstated. You should be able to see these reinstatements by logging into your TradeDoubler account and clicking on your commission balance. PC World confirms that any orders that remain as “Removed” are valid orders that have not been collected at the stores.

Many thanks for your continued support. If you have any questions or comments please contact our TradeDoubler Account Manager: Sophie.Lim@tradedoubler.com.

    Kind regards,

    The PC World Affiliate Team

Sounds like you're in line for a big bonus, Qui Gon Jin. (oops, I meant a big reinstatement of commissions )

... or maybe not - do tell how it turned out.

The commission structure for all Collect @ Stores sales seems to have reverted back to the old scheme?

Does anyone have any more info on this?

Hadn't been on here for a while. Nothing much seems to change. Shame so many people shop at PC World and a shame TD have so many of the larger merchants. Shame you have to make multiple applications to merchants through TD. Shame you have to phone the merchants to explain your site and then they say 'oh, I don't know why we didn't approve it'. Shame the TD interface is unwieldy to say the least.

None of it very surprising though.

A blue chip like PC World and an organisation the size of TD should do better first time. Whatever happened to all that corporate 'right first time' stuff ?

PC World have only offered £1000 on circa £13000 reversed commissions. We are currently seeking advice on pursuing legal action to claim from whichever party is responsible.

Was this for the Xmas 2005 period? I'd given up on ever seeing those sales reinstated. How did you manage to get an offer out of them?

Refers to Cash back and Loyalty sites only

    Hi All,

Trust Christmas was successful and 2007 has kicked off positive for you all.

The PC World affiliate programme was very successful during 2006, and we want to make sure that 2007
is even better. However we are going to have to make some critical changes to how we run the
programme with CashBack and Loyalty sites for a period of time.

Until further notice PC World will not be rewarding CashBack / Loyalty sites for Collect@Store
sales. Unfortunately we have seen an increase of uncollected orders and we simply don't have the
budget to support this activity anymore.

Please note this only affects Loyalty / CashBack sites, and only their Collect@Store orders. General
    online sales are not affected.

If you have already received an email on this subject, please ignore this email.

Budgets are being revised and we hope to return with an alternative offer in the coming months for
    CashBack and Loyalty sites.

The course of action has been a tough decision to make, however we believe this is the fairest way
    forward for everyone.

Thank you once again for your continued support, please don?t hesitate to contact me if you require
    any further information

    Kind regards

How do uncompleted orders affect the budget? If they aren't confirmed, their isn't any commission to pay.

Once again, all cashback sites are lumped together. If some sites are abusing the system, chuck em out and leave the rest alone.
