Just to clarify this situation - how likely is it that when a merchant is temporarily removed because of this pre-payment issue that they might not 'top up' and hence any accrung commissions might not be paid?
It's quite a leap of faith to keep a merchant in prime position for any length of time when you can't keep a track on how it's performing?
