GLTC - where is it???

wondered why I'd no sales with GLTC today - it's gone - it's not there
where is it?

anyone had any notification about this programme?

GLTC is live and kicking in both senses! If you are anything like me, check you didn't enter GTLC instead of GLTC when you search

I think the "Great" in their name automaticlly causes us to abbreviate to GT instead of GL.

Nick - it's one of my better programmes - but it's not showing in my either my programme overview or the 'graphical element' - there's usually quite a few different elements - it's just totally disappeared? - along with my commissions

Hi Elaine,

Pre Payment is the issue for GLTC not appearing in your reports. When an advertisers Pre Payment budget runs low we automatically "buffer" incoming transactions, when the advertiser has topped up their Pre Payment balance the buffered transactions are processed as normal.

I'd expect normal service to be resumed within a week, apologies for the inconvenience.

Just to clarify this situation - how likely is it that when a merchant is temporarily removed because of this pre-payment issue that they might not 'top up' and hence any accrung commissions might not be paid?

It's quite a leap of faith to keep a merchant in prime position for any length of time when you can't keep a track on how it's performing?
