Bulldog - Profero - Tradedoubler

I received an email from Profero (agency) on 21st January saying that they would be managing the Bulldog program from that time.

Great, all good and so on. We established a dialogue with them (Profero) and things were going well. Then all of a sudden our emails don't get answered and the promises of "moving the program forward" have not materialised.

Can someone at Profero/TD let us know who is managing the program now please?

TradeDoubler are still managing the program but Profero are also very keen to integrate with the day-to-day runnings.

Please still contact TradeDoubler on agencyteam.uk@tradedoubler.com about the program and copy in Profero as well where required.

good to know that Profero are still involved with the program.

However as I have said, my emails are now ignored by them and none of the promised program enhancemants have come to fruition. Very strange.

Anyway, there are plenty of their competitors to promote and I won't waste any more time trying to get in contact with them. Shame, as I had previously heard good stuff about Profero.

yes, I think it's great when clients/agencies get integrated in to the program too. I could not say why you have not had a response yet - perhaps you could forward your email to me or Andy and we will pick it up for you?

Thanks Jeet, what has happened to Marisanna?

Also, an email was sent out from Profero on the 21st January which said the following:

"Look out for the newsletter which will announce this change in management and some further exciting news, including a new tiered payment structure, new creative without the phone number etc!"

As far as I know a newsletter never materialised. Nor has there been a tiered payment structure implemented. Would you be able to update us all please?

There has been a re-shuffle here atProfero, hence I was brought in. I have only been here a few days. However, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I believe there will be a newletter but at this present time, I cannot say when it will be sent out. Hopefully, sometime at the end of this month.

Jeet, thanks for your replies. As I mentioned the email introducing Profero to Bulldog affiliates was sent out on 21st January.

However that is past so lets hope that you can help move the program forward and work pro-actively with Bulldog affiliates to both parties benefit.
