I presume you mean the commission per sale will be doubled ?

And will the commission per sale be doubled only on the sales that are doubled or on all sales above and beyond those that are doubled?

Your first point is self evident.
Your second indicates that you understood the message.
Your third suggests that either you've been bitten before or you have a naturally suspicious nature.
