  Couple Of General Questions

Hey,

i have a couple of questions that i really am confused about or just cant find the answers.

1. When exactly are payouts sent ? it says payouts are delayed 2 mths , does this mean what i make up until the end of this month will be paid sometime at the end of may or possibly even June ?
or does it mean they are deleyaed two months from the start of this month ?

2. i redirect alot of my traffic away from my homepage (i.e. my SE traffic) and just forward it directly to the merchant will tradedoubler still track this correctly ? (iam seeing sales so i presume so, but its not where i was expecting with rather poor conversions of around 1%)

3. in the payout information do i need to put in my IBAN if im in the UK?

thats it.
thanks for your help!

drivetowin seems to know their stuff
What you make this month should (providing the merchants in question pay their invoices on time) be paid to you in May.

Redirected traffic should track ok (though if you're doing this for ppc you should check that the merchant allows you to link to their website this way)

1% conversion may or may not be bad - it depends on the merchant(s) you're promoting.

If you are in the UK you don't need to enter an IBAN

Hi TopChoice,

1) TradeDoubler pay our publishers once a month, typically on the 3rd Monday of each month. Payments are for commission which has been earned in the month 2 months prior to the payment, e.g. if you generated £5,000 commission in January you would receive this in your March payment.

2) In theory this sounds fine, however, please could you send an email to TradeDoubler (either through the forum or support) with more information, and, an example.

3) You may need to enter your IBAN (International Bank Account Number). This depends on whether you have generated transactions and commission from markets other than the UK. Each market in TradeDoubler pays you separately from the other, so, if TradeDoubler France is trying to pay you then the French office will naturally require your IBAN for the payment to be successfully sent.

Kind regards,

Nick

p.s thanks for helping out Keith.
