Transactions not yet qualified for payment.

I have invoices from 2nd and 3rd March that have not been confirmed by Hotels.com (ie. Transactions not yet qualified for payment).

I had hoped that they would have been confirmed to be paid on the 20th March but so far they are still in red type in my TD account.

I'm concerned. I would really like to be paid as these sales relate to January.

I have sent emails over the last 2 weeks but no reply.

I would be grateful for an update.

This isn't particularly unusual. Every month a few of my merchants stay in the red. This month, one owes me a few hundred, supposed to be validated by 3rd March, but usually they catch up the next month, so I wouldn't worry unless it's more than a month late.

Relates to sales made in January but I have been advised that they SHOULD be paid today. However still in red. Fingers crossed!

Payment has been raised today, so you wont see these paid until next month. I wouldn't be alarmed, a few slip through unpaid for me every month. I have one for this month for nearly 5K, however others were paid early!

Not a worry if your getting paid thousands but I'm still earning 100's.

I agree it's annoying, but it goes with the job, so the only way to deal with it is not to expect all the payments to be on time.

Only one day a month do you realy get to know how much you've actually earned and thats when its in your bank.

All other figures are as reliable as weather reports.

I still hold out hope. Last Friday I was told by TD that the outstanding Hotel.com invoices would be paid to me today. Also I had an email today confirming that I should be paid today.

Therefore even though my account shows that the Hotels.com invoices have not been paid, I am sure that the guys at TD know what they are doing. No doubt my 400 bucks will just show up in my account this week.

That will be great because I have to buy an airline ticket. I am sure I can rely on the good word of TD. They have never let me down before.
