I understand from the account manager and the technical manager for Misco that the issue lies with leads being recorded with the same email address - essentially, the reversals are duplicates.
How important do you feel this is? We could request technical time from both sides to report back unique leads only, but the revenue will stay the same.
Dancey, are you able to confirm that you have not already registered with Misco - perhaps you made a purchase with this email account?
If you could send the email address you registered with to
heidi.edmunds@tradedoubler.com she will run it past Misco to establish why it was removed.
