Hi all,

We have recently tripled our support team

Publisher service has always been a priority at TradeDoubler and we know that in recent times we have failed to get back to you as expected. We have therefore invested more in our support team with 3 great enthusiastic members.

Learning the ins and outs of this industry can take a while so we do appreciate your patience whilst training progresses. However you will really notice a strong improvement in service within the coming months and we will be fully equipped and prepared for Q3 and Q4.

The Publisher Support Team now consists of:

“Hi, many of you I have already been in contact with on different Publisher related issues, but for those of you I have not been in contact with, my name is Mark and I have been Publisher Support Manager at TradeDoubler for the past eight months.

I started in this role straight after finishing my Business Studies and Computing Degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. I feel I have learnt a great deal about affiliate marketing in this short time with the Team here at TradeDoubler. There have been a few difficult issues with support in the past few months, but now that Publisher Support has tripled in size over the last four weeks, I honestly believe that we can improve the service we offer affiliates like you.

“Hello all my name is Ryan Vaughan and I have been apart of the TradeDoubler Publisher Support Team for nearly 6 weeks now and being trained by the best to help give our affiliates the right help they deserve. I originally come from a music background however I started a couple of online fishing tackle shops after University which fed the online fire and turned it into a furnace of CPA’s, CPC’s and other affiliate jargon.

I look forward to working with all of you over the next few years and I hope I will become a great service to both you and TradeDoubler.

All these people & still I cant get hold of anyone
Ive left 3 phone messages and set 2 emails over the last 2 weeks trying to get hold of the Coral affiliate manager
If Coral has an affiliate manger, which Im beginning to doubt, maybe you could get them to return their calls
