Hi Everyone.

I would just like to inform all our Powergen Consumer Affiliates, that from 1st May 2006 there will be a new commission structure in place.

The present, enhanced rate of commission was only ever intended to run until the end of 2005, but due to the unfortunate rise in wholesale energy costs, and subsequent rise in consumer costs it was decided that in order to help our affiliates maintain a level of income during this critical time we would allow the enhanced commission rate to be extended.

May, will see the commission structure based on a static commission for single and dual sales, coupled to a bonus payment of £25 payable after 15 sales made in the month, and then paid in increments of 5 sales made.

The payment structure is:

For each electricity and/ or gas customer you can earn the following:

· £15 per sale + £25 Bonus after 15 sales, 20, 25, 30, 35 and so on.

And for dual fuel customers:

· £30 per sale + £25 Bonus after 15 sales, 20, 25, 30, 35 and so on.

This payment structure may appear to be a drop in commission, but in reality, if you are generating the sales this is not the case.

At the present moment in time, this new commission structure will put the Powergen affiliates at the top of the tree in relation to the competition, and unlike British Gas and Scottish Power we are rewarding our affiliates for results with bonus payments.

As always I’m available for any help you may require.

Best wishes
