When you search for new elements to add to an exisiting pool you can find the banners that have been updated the most recent.

How, therefore, can for example "Ocean (CLOSED) Pool 75972" be updated today? MyOffers seem to always have a new banner, but they don't? LuckyMe who closed years ago also have new banners? How do they manage this feat?

Is it possible to reconfigure the search to be genuinely new banners, with programs that are open, and to also include merchants who have overwritten existing banners with new content?
