TD Link Matrix page not showing sites in drop down?

Is it just me or is the drop down menu broken? I've cleared my cookies, tried Firebox and ie but nothing cures it. If I select a merchant anyway I get logged out.

I've just emailed support about it. All the items on the link matrix are pointing to the login page. At the moment its funny, if it's still like that in a few hours time I'll be irritated.

Still doing it at 16.33 on Saturday - all "YES" are clicking through to the homepage.

I've been working hard on the site and wanted to add a load of links!

Yes its really irritating. Tradedoubler's site really seems to have been built by a bunch of cowboys. Loads of stuff doesn't work.

Does anyone else just see a load of code when selecting 'My Reports' - I can't now run any of my pre-defined reports - what is going on?

Hi everyone,

Our tech team are working on a fix and we hope to have the link matrix working as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

However, don’t let that stop you putting new links on your sites  You can still grab the basic tracking codes from our site…

Find your desired program and navigate to their links section. On the graphical elements expand the advanced tools. Select text links under ‘Ad Type’ and then do a search. This will give you a list of all our text links for that program. If you want the basic tracking code simply click show code and a new pop up will appear with some coding. In the pop up select ‘custom’ and then click anywhere within box 4. This will give you the basic tracking code. All you need is to copy and paste the first part which normally looks like this http://clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click?...SITEID&g=00000

Thanks Andy, I always used to do it this way until I noticed g is never =00000 in the link matrix.

Can you confirm g=00000 is valid and tracked across ALL TD programs?

The Link Matrix is now fully operational

Once again apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

EDIT: Renegade..... I changed the g value to 00000 for the example purpose. When you grab the code it should always have a unique ID which represents the graphical element.
