Well done TD. The big names are always welcome. Nice to be accepted within hours too. Maybe the ebuyer aff manager could take note![]()
It is good news, except the small print says;
There are loads of these vouchers doing their rounds, shame because if I shopped at ASDA I wouldn't go via an affiliate link when I could go straight to Asda.com and make us of the £15 of £30 spend etc etcImportant - No use of ASDA customer eVouchers on sites, unless provided by ASDA through Trade Doubler specifically.
I'd guess that's the point of the ASDA Aff program - they want incremental sales, not existing sales through a different channel.Originally Posted by Frostie
Of course, if that is the case, 2.5% could be considered a bit miserly.
So they are not paying for groceries
I don't get it.
I'll play simple for the time being (why change), why so many sites? do they all go to the one site and everything bar groceries is tracked from the one click?
Also how many grocery sales result in an additional product sale that we get revenue for? If I can't shift *********.org.uk then I'll do something with it to get the bonus sale from other goods.
Is there anything apart from groceries which isn't tracked?
And one last question, re vouchers, one presumes if a customer happens to click through a link but uses a voucher code from the front of the site or an email as they so often do (I'm a customer) then the sale will still track with voucher yes? just they can't be promoted? a bit of a bummer if you're voucher code site I guess.
And if asda is looking in, you need to get a more up to date inventory system put in place, if it aint in the warehouse don't let it be sold when it's being shopped for, you're doing my head in, advice to customers, tick no substitutes, that does your head in as well.

I still don't understand this program, can I deeplink to food items and get the add on sale that way? it doesn't help that they use frames, I stopped doing that in 1999.
