I am somewhat suprised not to find any complaints or queries in relation to Product feed within TD.
I have e-mailed on numerous occasions regarding the categories within Product feed and more importantly the fact it currently does not work!!
As a TD user and supporter for over 3 years I have been using product feed successfully until recent upgrades. I am somewhat bemused with the apparent slow response or fix by TD.
The Problem?
If you are like me and have designed your own templates and use categorised prduct feed as your chosen advertising meduim. You will have been somewhat shocked to wake up one day and find your complete website made utterly useless due to a TD upgrade.![]()
I have tried numerous TD templates, searching within Product feed but to no avail. Surely this problem does not just affect me.
I used to get on average 100 Figleaves sales per month + many more sales from other shops.![]()
It is little wonder why the likes of ASOS have decided to stop promoting via TD as there product feed equalled that of Figleaves. It was fantastic, easy to use and categorised correctly. My question!
If a fix is not seen soon will we see Figleaves jump ship? and has anyone else had the same problems?![]()
