Would be nice of someone from Tradedoubler would answer some of these posts about the lack of customer consideration

I have emailed Joey Van De Worm 4 times over non payment of comission from lloyds tsb I was then told he was "unavailable" when I rang, so was then put onto a guy called Ryan, I asked for a untracked sales form to be sent to me, was told yes that would be done, 4 days later, 3 emails and 2 more phone calls and NOTHING!!!!!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I spent most of last week changing all my banners and replacing them with banners from A/f A/n and webgains!

I am still owed over £100.00 in untracked sales!!

Come on Tradedoubler give us some answers?

Im still wating for payment from a merchant that closed a few months ago

Was due last month & with only 2 days till payment and still in the red looks like we are going to lose out again this payment run..... the swines!

I am not a very big shopping site but I make a fair bit!! I am attached to around 6 different affiliate companies and never had problems with any of them, apart from Tradedoubler, out of 7 known sales I ahve been paid from 1 and the rest I have had to chase up, they never answer my emails, I am sure they have collected payment from LLoyds Tsb.

Maybe they think if they ignore us enough we will go away?

So annoys me, I will keep ringing them trill I get some satisfaction though.

I have just sent a bcc email to around 20 of the tradedoubler "managers" wonder how many replies I will get??? All I want is a blood* form, god it is too much to ask for

Firstly, I need to be honest with you and express my disappointment with your posting. Many affiliates and advertisers use this forum to exchange ideas and share knowledge not to name drop and accuse people of not doing their job properly. Please take extra consideration when posting such messages. This could and should have been dealt with in a more professional manner.

I have checked with Ryan (who has been doing an excellent job with untracked sales) and have found many replies to your email address. Replies to your email address were sent last week and Ryan also sent you the spreadsheet earlier today.

Please check your email carefully, including junk and spam folder, alternatively please use a different email address if you are not receiving our replies.
